慶豐餅舖創立至今已超過80年，主要商品為手工製作的婚禮喜餅、封仔餅、
綠豆椪現今還多了白鳳豆、芋頭、地瓜和紅豆多種口味呢!
其實這樣的傳統餅舖不在少數，有別於其他同業花俏的包裝，
他們的傳統包裝更顯得樸實，老師傅黃春生說：
“很多人都是從小吃到老，只有一個個的做，才對得起客人，裏面有我們的感情”。

Ching Fong Cakes have been open for over 80 years, mostly selling a lot of different kinds of traditional wedding pastries. There are the flavors of white pinapple beans, taro, sweet potato, and red beans. Even though there are quite  few of these stores, all competing with fancy brands and packaging, the traditional flovor of these pastries is what makes this shop so special. Mr. Huang Yung Sheng, the owner and pastry chef of this shop, has a motto, “Lots of people have been eating my cakes from young till old, but as long as I every single one, I know that they will taste the love and emotions in it, because each customer deserves just that."

慶豐餅舖は創立80年を超え、手作り婚礼用伝統菓子の老舗である。婚礼用菓子以外に、昔懐かしい封仔餅（ホンアピアン：月餅に似た伝統菓子）、綠豆椪（リウトウポン：綠豆餡にソボロ肉入り）が人気商品である。、今やタチナタマメ餡、サトイモ餡、サツマイモ餡、あずき餡などの味が揃っている。そうした百年前後の老舗は台湾では決して珍しくないが、三代にわたる長いお付き合いのお客さんが今尚も通い続けられているのは台東では他に類を見ない。昔ながらの素朴でレトロな包装を見せながら、「小さい頃から食べてきたお客さんばかりだから、手を抜かずに一個ずつ感情を込めて作るように心掛けている」と菓子職人の黃春生がマスク越しに語った。
