池 上 愛 嬉 遊

甘盛堂是由兩位老闆所組成的，之所以取名為甘盛堂是因為一個換肝，一個換腎，這裡的麵條十分有特色，因為是米與麥所組成的米麵條，而他們所出產的麵是十分的健康的，老闆常說：「這裏的麵條連我們都可以吃」，也就證明了這裡的好產品是十分健康的，更融入了池上米鄉的特色，進而街台東好米推廣出去。

“Gan-sheng Tang" was combined by two owners. The reason why they named this shop Gan-sheng Tang was because one of the owners had their “gan", liver in Chinese, replaced, and the other owner had their “shen", kidney in Chinese, replaced. The beef noodles here are quite distinctive because the noodles are made out of rice and wheat, so they are considered quite healthy. Even the owners themselves can eat it without worrying.

「甘盛堂」は臓器移植をした二人の合同経営者にちなんで名付けられた牛肉麺店である。一人は肝臓移植（中国語で甘と肝の発音が同じ）、もう一人は腎臓移植（中国語で盛と腎の発音が同じ）で命名された。体の弱い彼らでも安心して食べれるこの牛肉麺は極めて健康にこだわった一面があり、池上育ちの米粉と小麦粉で作られた栄養満点の体にやさしい麺である。大自然と共存するという台東池上米のコンセプトを共有する側面をも持っている。
